Responsibilities
Perform engineering analysis of complex energy efficiency measures based on first principles, empirical data, or prior research
Develop and deliver training to RHA staff or in support of training and technical assistance contracts
Design and develop calculation tools, online tools, and mobile apps according to program specifications
Conduct energy analysis of building energy efficiency measures using standard or predefined energy analysis tools and methodologies
Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support solutions for multiple programs
Retrieve, compile, review, and ensure the accuracy of data from data systems and other constructed databases, researching and correcting discrepancies as needed
Prepare project-related documentation, including project manuals, business cases, and technical information, throughout different project stages
Determine the cost-effectiveness of identified energy efficiency measures and assess eligibility for financial incentives based on regulatory requirements
Identify energy efficiency technologies and conduct energy savings studies/financial analyses to support the development of prescriptive measures
Participate in industry-related presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in energy efficiency or energy related field
Strong computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills
MUST HAVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY EXPERIENCE
Preferred
Commissioning and retro-commissioning experience
Project/construction management experience
