Senior Systems Engineer & Standards Integration Advisor
WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer and Standards Integration Advisor to provide technical expertise and policy leadership across GEOINT standards development. The role involves supporting the advancement of interoperable capabilities across mission systems and acquisition programs, while developing policies and conducting technical reviews to ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic support for standards integration and conformance throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including early insertion of GEOINT standards in requirements, documentation, and testing
Develop and implement policy and process guidance for GEOINT metadata and standards compliance, configuration management, and validation/verification activities
Conduct technical reviews of acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWSs, TEMPs, ISPs) to ensure alignment with capability-based standards
Lead and support conformance assessments, documentation updates, and lifecycle risk mitigation efforts related to imagery, motion data, and ISR systems
Collaborate on cross-functional forums and policy boards to drive standards adoption and capability interoperability within multi-national and domestic programs
Guide the configuration and governance of enterprise standards baselines and develop conformance evaluation criteria
Provide thought leadership on GEOINT metadata strategy, standards implementation planning, and performance tracking
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Management/Information Technology or a related field
10-15 years of experience in systems engineering, standards integration, and acquisition support within defense or intelligence domains
Strong background in GEOINT metadata, ISR platforms, and systems interoperability
Demonstrated success leading standards conformance initiatives and cross-agency assessments
Extensive experience developing acquisition and policy documentation, including milestone planning, standards scorecards, and lifecycle assessments
TS/SCI with POLY is required to start
Safe Agilist Certification
Preferred
Familiarity with DoD policy and documentation frameworks (e.g., JCIDS, DoDI 8310/8330)
Prior experience supporting international or allied interoperability efforts and developing configuration-managed standards baselines
Background in unmanned systems, motion imagery, or airborne ISR integration
Proposal support and task order team lead experience across multiple contract vehicles
