Make independent decisions regarding problems and methods, and represent the company with professional authority in meetings with clients and contractors to resolve crucial issues and coordinate work
Team leader on routine and complex projects
Apply experience and diversified knowledge of scientific and engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields
Employ advanced techniques by modifying and extending theories and practices within his/her field and related sciences and disciplines
Provide technical leadership to staff
Stay current in local methods and regulations governing areas of practice
Demonstrate ability in retaining existing clients and cultivating new client relationships and business opportunities
Assist in planning, research and evaluation of new market areas
Sensitive to business interested and profitability
Qualification
Required
Licensed Senior Level Geotechnical Engineer
10 or more years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction observation and testing
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Make independent decisions regarding problems and methods
Represent the company with professional authority in meetings with clients and contractors
Team leader on routine and complex projects
Apply experience and diversified knowledge of scientific and engineering principles and practices
