Hydro Engineering is seeking a Final Assembler to join their team. The role involves assembling products according to blueprints and manuals, ensuring all parts fit correctly and meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functionality, capabilities, and conformance to customer specifications

Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies

Read and interpret assembly blueprints and specification manuals

Plan assembly and building operations

Verify conformance of parts to stock lists or blueprints using calipers, gauges, or micrometers

Fasten or install piping, fixtures, or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools, rivet guns, or welding equipment

Remove rough spots and smooth surfaces to fit, trim, or clean parts using power tools

Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and position equipment and parts

Operating safety equipment and comply with safety standards

Maintain both equipment and the facility to ensure optimum working conditions

Inspect outsourced products in accordance with engineering drawings

Other duties as assigned
