Responsibilities

Partner with data scientists and clinical experts to shape how we define provider performance metrics, apply statistical rules, and model provider behavior

Drive the evolution and construction of tools we use to write, assess, and combine rules measuring provider behaviors

Build and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to improve our provider recommendations estimates

Design scalable data pipelines that ingest, clean, and enrich healthcare provider data

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
