Treasury Controllers Regulatory Vice President

Responsibilities
Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Support various stakeholders by providing capital rule education, impact assessment of new trades/products, innovative capital management strategies, data driven analysis, capital reporting, and ad-hoc requests
Support the attribution, analysis and reporting of various capital metrics such as risk-weighted assets (RWA), supplementary leverage exposure, balance sheet, G-SIB, stress losses and regulatory capital (e.g., CET1) at the product and line-of-business (LOB) levels
Support the coordination of the annual Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Quarterly Stress Testing (QST) forecasting, including presentation in the senior management forums
Produce weekly and monthly firmwide reporting including, but not limited to, Management Committee and Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) materials
Support large transaction tracking, notification and approval process as well as New Product Approval (NPA) reviews
Partner with Technology to renovate data and infrastructure to meet future regulatory rules and reporting requirements under Basel III Endgame
Support the ongoing development of business unit capital usage model including proposed changes to the model and/or business strategy
Liaise with Regulatory Policy on capital rules and disclosure interpretations
Perform peer analysis of regulatory capital metrics
Support regulatory, external, and internal audit requests
Qualification
Required
Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members
Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks
Evidence of working closely with other Finance functions and an ability to develop good working relationships both locally and in other locations
Proven ability to initiate and enhance the control framework for Finance functions
Proven leadership ability in resolving issues and implementing initiatives
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to transform processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
Preferred
Regulatory Capital knowledge preferred
BS/BA in Accounting or Finance is preferred
