Responsibilities

Performs all procedures relevant to breast imaging

A comprehensive approach to breast health is utilized in accordance with departmental policy at the three sites of service. These include the Breast Care Center, off-site screening mammography service, and the mobile mammography van

Participates in required technical and program continuous quality improvement activities and demonstrates exceptional patient service skills

Qualification

Radiology program graduateARRT - R certificationTexas Department of Health RegisteredBLS certificationMammography certificationMobile mammography experience

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required

Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology program

Currently ARRT - R and Texas Department of Health Registered

Current BLS certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire within 30 days

Preferred

Preferred mobile mammography experience

Certified in Mammography, ARRT - M registered preferred
