Supporting home loan originations
Assisting with the marketing and expansion of loan products into new markets
Understanding various stages of real estate transactions
Complying with fair lending, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, licensing, and reporting laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience in real estate consumer finance, including first mortgage and home equity loans and credit lines
In-depth understanding of the various stages of real estate transactions
Knowledge of fair lending, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, licensing, and reporting laws and regulations
Must be admitted to practice law in the United States
