Responsibilities
Work in the Garden Department during spring and early summer and transition to other merchandising departments as assigned by the Store Manager and based on the needs of the business
Work with the MASM and DS’s to provide a better associate experience and ensure outstanding service to customers
Help customers, in-aisle tasking, and recovery activities
Assist with associate support, training, and tasking delegation, as directed by the Department Supervisor
Lift equipment certified and operate equipment such as forklifts and order pickers to bring down merchandise safely from the overhead locations to the sales floor
Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
Qualification
