Start in 2026 SummerHendrickson is searching for Summer Interns to join their engineering team. Interns will gain hands-on experience with engineering processes, tools, and validation engineering, while working on various assignments related to data collection, analysis, and testing.

Responsibilities
Becoming acclimated with Unigraphics NX and TeamCenter
Learning standard company engineering processes and tools
Gaining an understanding of machining processes, castings, steel forming
Gaining an understanding how to read documentations and drawings
Learning how drawings correlate to fixtures
Gaining an exposure to the validation engineering group
Collecting and analyzing data
Introduction to FEA
Fatigue calculations
Exposure to ride and handling
Vehicle dynamics
Reliability testing
Statistics
Doing hands on testing in Validation’s R&D Lab if the assigned program calls for it
Qualification
Required
Students who are pursuing an engineering degree at an accredited college or university are eligible to apply
To be considered for a summer internship you must be actively enrolled in an engineering degree program with an accredited college or university
Students must hold a GPA of 3.0 or better
