Queens District Attorney's Office is seeking Law Student applicants for a Spring Legal Internship that runs from January to April 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience working with prosecutors and engaging in various aspects of prosecutorial work.

Qualification
Required
Current Law Student
Availability to work in person for a minimum of 12 - 15 hours a week from January to April 2026
Ability to engage in various aspects of prosecutorial work, such as researching and writing assignments for pending cases, motion and discovery practice, assisting with search warrant applications, observing civilian and police interviews, and proffers, court appearances pursuant to the student practice order, visiting crime scenes, and participating in community outreach
