Develop architectural design concepts
Guide and mentor architectural staff
Work with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors
Maintain organization and strong communication skills
Participate in all project phases and understand building codes and zoning regulations
Qualification
Required
6 or more years of professional experience (post-grad), multi-family residential projects a plus
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Strong design background with the ability to develop architectural design concepts
Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax a plus
Comfortable in all project phases, with knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
Management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor architectural staff
Experience in working with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors
Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, collaborative, with desire to work in a fast-paced environment
