Operations Business Development Intern
Pilot Company is an industry-leading network of travel centers with over 30,000 team members. They are seeking an Operations Business Development Intern to contribute to a multi-year network portfolio plan, enhancing data capabilities and informing critical business decisions.

Responsibilities
Support strategic initiatives: Help the team set up for critical initiative planning for the network over a multi-year view
Enhance data capabilities: Define and record processes and validate data collection to improve decision-making
Present findings: Deliver presentations to stakeholders at various levels and roles, communicating insights from large datasets
Qualification
Required
A graduating senior is preferred, but we are open to other candidates
Background in Business Analytics
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand large datasets are essential
Exceptional communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively and communicate with stakeholders at varying levels and roles
Comfortable delivering presentations
Preferred
Experience with Tableau is a plus
Project-based extracurricular activities or prior work experience are a plus
