Responsibilities

Ensure assay robustness and reproducibility of results. Supervise assay transfer from Biology to HTS group

Supervise daily operations within the high-throughput screening and compound reformatting laboratories, ensuring efficient management of all assay processes and compound-related activities

Review and analyze screening data to promote hits to leads in the different discovery programs and troubleshoot assay or equipment issues as they arise

Remain current with relevant knowledge and screening technologies and contribute to the design and implementation of experiments for new HTS assays

Foster a problem-solving mindset and devise innovative approaches to research challenges

Work with Data Science group to enable or facilitate AI-driven operations and data analysis

Prepare and submit scientific manuscripts, patent applications, and internal reports to top peer-reviewed journals
