Responsibilities
Lead BI Strategy & Team Development: Guide the design and optimization of dashboards and reporting tools, and mentor the team to foster ownership and continuous improvement
Reporting Automation & Efficiency: Oversee automation of recurring reports to reduce manual effort and Improve delivery speed and ensure consistent, high-quality insights
Stakeholder Collaboration & Request Management: Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and prioritize and manage incoming requests aligned with strategic goals
Power BI Development & Enablement: Lead development of Power BI dashboards and tools and provide training to promote self-service analytics and data literacy
Data Governance & Infrastructure Alignment: Ensure clean, reliable data through strong governance practices and align reporting infrastructure with IT and source system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
Expertise in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query), data modeling, and dashboard development
Strong understanding of retail metrics and operational reporting (sales, margin, turn, inventory, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
