Responsibilities

Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for Dream Machine, translating user insights into AI-driven creative features
Launch and iterate on pro-level photo and video tools, driving growth in active users
Lead cross-functional sprints, balance trade-offs, and maintain a clear roadmap in a fast-paced environment
Conduct user research with professional creators to validate feature ideas and optimize engagement loops
Establish A/B testing and analytics for core interactions (e.g., brush tools, masking, timeline scrubbing)
Collaborate on go-to-market plans to ensure successful feature launches and adoption

Required

5+ years shipping consumer-facing creative or editing tools (web or mobile) for professional audiences
Deep expertise in photo/video workflows and UI/UX prototyping (wireframes, micro-interactions, pixel polish)
Strong analytics background: comfortable defining metrics, building funnels, and iterating on retention
Excellent communicator who thrives in high-agency, ambiguous environments
Passionate about AI and eager to integrate generative and automation technologies into your roadmap
