Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance in design of AC power systems in datacenters in support of our sales teams
Monitor market trends and customer needs, providing recommendations for new product features and improvements
Participate in multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from the field, contributing to the continuous improvement of AC power products
Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in connector sales, preferably within datacenter environments
Proficiency in AC power equipment, including UPS systems, generators, and switchgear
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, both domestically and internationally
