Responsibilities

Lead structural design efforts for a diverse range of infrastructure projects, tailoring solutions to meet site-specific conditions, regulatory requirements, and project goals
Conduct structural assessments and engineering analyses to inform innovative, data-driven project strategies
Create high-quality technical deliverables including calculations, construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, bringing creativity and technical expertise to sustainable design solutions that align with industry codes and client expectations
Support project execution, monitoring scope, schedule, and budget to help deliver successful outcomes
Travel (up to 25%) for site visits, design meetings, and construction oversight activities —bringing your expertise into real-world application

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
8 years of structural engineering design experience, preferably supporting water/wastewater infrastructure projects

Preferred

Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
EIT certification or PE license strongly preferred
