Responsibilities

Supporting projects involving due diligence with substantial historical research including ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Supporting environmental compliance services, such as compliance audits and reviews (multi-media)
Supporting site characterization and remediation projects
Fieldwork such as soil, surface water, and groundwater sampling, drilling and contractor oversight, geophysical investigations, and remediation system O&M
Developing compliance documents and permit applications associated with the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
Developing task, project, and client management skills
Data analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures; and
Preparation of technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals
Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, chemistry, biology, or related field
Occasional field work and overnight travel
Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing
Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel

Preferred

Advanced degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, chemistry, biology, or related field
At least 1 year of related regulatory, industry, or environmental consulting experience
Prior research experience in environmental contamination and remediation
