Responsibilities

Lead Development: Identify and qualify leads for new machines or parts and service, collaborating with and forwarding opportunities to our outside sales teams
Promote Dealership Solutions: Champion all aspects of the dealership by selling machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements
Customer Engagement: Maintain a consistent call cycle, striving for a minimum of 120 calls per week to connect with and support your customers
Account Management: Proactively manage and qualify an account base in assigned territories, primarily using the telephone to update customer information and develop strong relationships
Needs Analysis: Uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Data Integrity: Meticulously maintain an accurate customer account database and machine population to support targeted sales and marketing efforts
