Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams on continuous improvement projects
Support quality improvement initiatives and assist in implementing Quality Management System (QMS) processes
Participate in problem-solving teams and contribute to technical reports and documentation
Apply knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards to ensure product excellence
Present technical findings and accomplishments to engineering and management teams

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Proven leadership and effective oral communication skills
Understanding of root cause corrective action (RCCA)
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, AS9100, and related standards
Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong engineering skills in machining, tolerancing, interpreting source control drawings, and general electrical engineering
Ability to implement problem-solving plans using tools such as Pareto analysis, cause and effect diagrams, FMEA, and control plans to ensure high-quality product outcomes

Preferred

Understanding of semiconductor fabrication and/or device physics is preferred
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a plus
Exposure to problem-solving tools such as 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, or Fishbone analysis is beneficial
