Responsibilities

Perform precise, high-quality alterations that reflect ZEGNA’s tailoring standards and aesthetic
Consult with clients and Client Advisors during fittings, offering expert guidance on garment construction, styling, and fit
Take full ownership of all garments leaving the tailor shop, ensuring excellence in workmanship and customer satisfaction
Manage tailoring workload efficiently, maintaining clear communication on timelines, delays, and expectations
Collaborate with the store team to support smooth operations and uphold a premium in-store experience

Required
