Responsibilities
Working lead coordinates the scheduling and efforts of the Radiology Techs, monitors and reports daily aspects of imaging services
Assists in coordinating daily operations to maximize quality of patient care / imaging quality, ensuring proper equipment performance, guaranteeing safe and clean equipment, and perform all job functions of the Radiology Technologist
Assist with team member’s evaluations and education
Must be able to be on an on-call status and respond within thirty (30) minutes of notification
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree required
One year of experience required
MRT, BLS, and ARRT, or be registry eligible with the ARRT; if only registry-eligible, ARRT must be obtained within 90 days of hire
BLS certification must be obtained by an HCA approved vendor
Preferred
Prior leadership/team lead experience preferred
