The role involves applying analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, performing management analyses, and tracking program statuses and schedules.

Responsibilities

Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives

Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules

Perform management, technical, or business case analyses

Collect, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

Track program/project status and schedules

Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

Required

Expertise and experience in NAVAIR Program Office support, specifically program/project management

ACAT-1 rotary-wing and/or turbo-prop aircraft mission readiness management experience

Proficient with using the AMS

Familiar with ACAT level programs

Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBES

Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs

MA/MS degree and over 8 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description preferred; or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience allowed

This position requires a SECRET clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers

Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations

Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
