They are seeking a Senior Operations Financial Analyst to support Company Stores and Franchise Owners by delivering timely financial insights and critical reporting, analysis, and operational support.

Responsibilities

Maintain, report, and provide training on system profitability for franchise owners

Assist in preparation of monthly P&L reporting and annual budget processes

Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis and commentary versus budget and prior year

Support ad hoc modeling, reporting, and analysis as required

Coordinate with Payroll & HR to provide monthly headcount reporting

Serve as subject matter expert in Company Store Profit & Loss Statements, providing key savings insights

Utilize systems such as General Ledger, Expense Platform, Power BI, Excel, Solver, and Data Warehouse to build reports, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights
