Computer Software

Responsibilities

Scale infrastructure to support 1,000+ concurrent multilingual meetings

Build resilient fallback paths to ensure guaranteed translation, whether users are on Zoom, desktop, or mobile

Support highly confidential conversations through techniques like in-memory translation and enterprise-grade certifications like SOC 2 Type II

Build real-time monitoring and observability tools to detect and resolve issues before our customers notice—whether it’s during the meeting or minutes before it begins

Extracting and applying context from our customers’ knowledge bases and past conversations using techniques like RAG

Making it easy to upload and manage team- and industry-specific terms, and integrating seamlessly with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal wikis

Enabling live, context-aware chat companion alongside transcripts, so users get real-time insights that are tailored to each participant

A fast, intuitive experience from starting a meeting to sharing a transcript

Optimizing translation latency and perceived delay through sentence chunking

Iterating on UI refinements that can’t be easily described or measured but are deeply felt
