Responsibilities

Assist the government in executing source selections as per FAR 9.505-4, including coordinating meetings, developing source selection documentation (source selection plan, acquisition strategy, non-disclosure agreements), and drafting proposal evaluations

Provide contract and subcontract management support, assisting Government Contracting Officers and contract specialists with requests for proposals, technical evaluations, contract negotiation, administration, and execution

Offer contracts guidance and determinations; provide technical and operational leadership for program and business management teams

Advise management on contractual rights and obligations, risk avoidance and mitigation, strategy, and problem solving

Assist in managing existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts and in developing and executing acquisition strategies for follow-on efforts

Required

Active TS with SCI eligibility

BA/BS with 14 or more years' experience; or MA/MS with 12 or more years' experience; or Ph.D./JD with 9 or more years' experience

Typically requires 10 or more years' experience in this type of program or position

Expert in Federal, DoD, Air Force, and SSC contracting processes and procedures

Demonstrates ability to assist the government with all aspects of any contract action required by the program office, including but not limited to solicitations, change proposals, funding modifications and award, or incentive fee management
