Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative

They are seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to customers with inquiries and concerns from a home-based environment.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system
Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results
Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
