Build a strong local advisor team by finding and hiring people aligned with our purpose

Help new advisors get off to a strong start—with guidance, encouragement, and a plan

Support individual advisors and teams as they build practices rooted in trust and community

Foster a culture that values performance, collaboration, and growth

Partner with internal teams to make sure your market has the right tools and support in place

Qualification

Required

5+ years in financial services, ideally focused on hiring and developing advisor talent

Experience recruiting and supporting advisors—especially within team structures

Confidence in leading group discussions and breaking down complex topics

A history of strong results in sales across life, health, annuity, and investment products

FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 (required or obtained within 90 days)

Insurance licenses in life, health, and variable lines (or obtained within 90 days)

Registration in all states aligned to your advisor group

A clean compliance record and satisfactory background check

Flexibility to travel locally—up to 50% of the time—and attend occasional evening events

A reliable vehicle for business travel
