Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level HUMINT Targeting Analyst to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. The role involves conducting intelligence analysis to enable HUMINT efforts and supporting full-spectrum operations through detailed analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

The HUMINT HUMINT Targeting Analyst shall conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of HUMINT efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations

Conduct analysis to prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report. Efforts recommended as a priority should align with INSCOM plans and operations

Attend targeting meetings (estimated one time per month) hosted by INSCOM MSCs

Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements (estimated one time per week)

Strategic Assessments, Reports, White Papers, Briefings, and Coordination

Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency

Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties

Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed

Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis

Active TS/SCI clearance

At minimum a Bachelor's degree

Certifications: DoD or IC Targeting certification

Military or Government Education: US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program. HT-JCOE – Joint CI-HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent

10 full-time years of experience conducting strategic DoD or IC HUMINT Targeting

Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT operations, and HUMINT Collection Management
