Build and maintain relationships with clients and project partners
Be responsible for the overall design process on assigned projects within a particular discipline
Develop innovative and unique design solutions to align with project, client and project partner needs
Lead the team in implementing solutions
Qualification
Required
BSEE/BSAE (or another engineering discipline) from an ABET accredited program
15+ years of experience designing power distribution and lighting building systems in technically sophisticated facilities
Professional engineering registration required
Healthcare, Biotech, E&U and Mission Critical project experience
Knowledge of California Healthcare codes and HCAI/OSHPD, including both the design and construction administration phases of the project
Knowledge and design of Emergency Power systems required
Preferred
Knowledge in SKM and experience producing and reviewing coordination studies preferred
Experience leading and managing multi-discipline MEPT+ projects
Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred
