Lead Development Rep (Bay Area)
Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, dedicated to enhancing customer experience. The Lead Development Rep will qualify leads and generate pipeline for the sales teams, serving as the front line in presenting Five9 to prospects.

Responsibilities
Provide the best possible customer experience to all inbound leads expressing interest in Five9 via multiple channels including phone, email and live chat
Have the desire and energy to complete a high volume of daily calls/activities
Qualify prospects based on established criteria of Fit, Budget, Authority, Need and Time, and gather critical sales intelligence
Deliver consistently against quota, despite imperfect systems and processes
Initiate relationships and develop rapport with prospects by anticipating needs and understanding unique customer environments
Effectively articulate the Five9 value proposition by phone and e-mail
Proactively provide focused feedback on every aspect of the business including sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from marketing campaigns
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
Highly team oriented – great attitude and love for teamwork
Work experience in a lead generation setting
High-caliber cold calling skills
Familiarity with common office software and CRM
Proven track record of achieving corporate quotas and goals
Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
Professional business acumen, strong communication skills, strong presence, and confidence
Excellent time management with ability to multi-task, prioritize, etc
