This program offers a one-year rotational experience across various areas of the Consumer Bank and enterprise functions, providing hands-on projects and training to prepare participants for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Participate in 3-weeks of onboarding and training centered around building foundational banking skills
Complete four, 3-month rotations in areas across the Consumer Bank and other enterprise functions
Engage in programming over the first 3-months that includes business overviews, skills workshops, networking, and an E-Pitch competition for a local non-profit

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree, expected graduation date of May 2026
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
All majors considered; preference for Business, Communications, Economics, Finance, Management, and Marketing
Demonstrated leadership experience desired
Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration
Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program
Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S
