Design new Desktop Web App with UX upgrades

Design new Marketing Pages with IA and UX upgrades

Contribute to building new Design Library post-rebrand

Increase the velocity of the design team through Design Ops

Enhance mindful EPD collaboration through Design Culture

Mentor the Design Team with upskilling and efficient systems

Autonomously advocate for real user needs and business strategy

Explain pros/cons of ideas based on research and user data

Estimate design time when tasked on multiple projects

Ship features from 0 - 1 with high bar for IA, UX, UI, final visuals

Required

6+ years of experience in startups

Multiple shipped features

Advocate for mindful design and efficient EPD process

Autonomously advocate for real user needs, business strategy, and a consistent and easeful experience for users throughout the whole product lifecycle process

Explain pros / cons of ideas based on research, user data, or other reasoning

Vocal on strategy, business acumen, and empathy for users

Estimate design time when tasked on multiple projects

Autonomously ship features from 0 - 1 with high bar for IA, UX, UI, final visuals
