Liquidity, Investments, and Funding Control Group - LIFC Reporting team, Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Perform key controls and produce reporting regarding funds transfer pricing on the Firm's Bank entities
Understand the Firm's Bank entities balance sheets and the associated funds transfer pricing policy and procedures
Present the summary funds transfer pricing P&L results to senior management
Assist with delivery of technology and system solutions to facilitate reporting and analysis

Required

Prior experience as a Finance Controller
Self-disciplined, resourceful, and self-starting
Excellent client skills; demonstrably able to effectively build relationships with a range of partners
Accurate and delivery focused with an eye for detail and design
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
Ability to interact and present effectively with senior management
Strong team player able to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (strong Excel, PowerPoint skills)

Preferred

Prior experience as a Treasury or Product Controller
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of securities markets, businesses and products offered by major financial institutions
Experience in Treasury products
