8+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments
Hands-on track record building and scaling a university recruiting program
A programmatic mindset - able to put structure, process, and metrics in place for global initiatives
Proven ability to design and run unconventional university events and partnerships
Communication skills that resonate with students, professors, and senior leaders alike
