Responsibilities
Perform complex testing and analysis of CNO capabilities to ensure their functionality meets the design specification and expected outcomes
Define the output to the developers, provide debug artifacts, and perform crash analyses
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scrips, manage complex test threads, and optimize test script performance including Functional, Ad Hoc, API, and Regression Testing
Continuously improve test methodologies to enhance test accuracy and reliability and update test documentation to reflect any changes in requirements or procedures
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or institution and five (5) years of experience as a Test Engineer or an additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience with basic scripting in Python or Bash
Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Junit, TestNG)
Preferred
Experience planning and executing Performance Analysis
Experience reviewing planned acquisition approaches to align with test and evaluation schedules
Performed risk analysis to specify, validate, and adapt models and simulations for test and evaluation procedures
Applied statistical analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in performance estimates
Established and employed data and configuration management capabilities
Experience designing surveys for evaluation and user assessment purposes
