They are seeking Loan Officers to communicate with consumers about securing auto loans, discussing options, reviewing documents, and inputting information into their software system.

Responsibilities

Learn the role of an Automotive Loan Officer
Use the enterprise system to quickly and accurately fill in consumer data
Understand what constitutes a complete application
Answer the phone and make outbound calls to consumers who have already applied
Complete all steps in processing a loan request
Understand company history, team members and their roles, product offerings, and loan variables
Spend 4 - 6 hours per day on the phone talking with consumers
Make outbound calls to follow up on applications in the system
Take inbound calls from consumers looking to obtain financing
Obtain and enter necessary information into the software platform within 24 hours of talking with a consumer
Submit a minimum of 8 completed loan applications each day for approval

Required

At least 1 YEAR OF PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a SALES DEPARTMENT of a RETAIL AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP
Comfortable working over the phone
Ability to discuss loan options with consumers
Ability to review and analyze pertinent documents and information
Ability to input consumer information into proprietary software system
Ability to sell the loan along with ancillary products, including Vehicle Service Contracts
Ability to complete all steps in processing a loan request
Ability to spend 4 - 6 hours per day on the phone talking with consumers
Ability to make outbound calls to follow up on applications in the system
Ability to take inbound calls from consumers looking to obtain financing
Ability to obtain and enter necessary information into the software platform within 24 hours of talking with a consumer
Ability to submit a minimum of 8 completed loan applications each day for approval
