Responsibilities

Possess a minimum of Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly (FS Poly also works)

At a minimum, meet DOD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)

Possess ServiceNow Certifications

Expertise working with ServiceNow utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation and / or DevSecOps on iterative development projects

Solid administrative/engineering rigor

Solid ability to verify and validate ServiceNow and systems integrated with ServiceNow (end to end and regression)

Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills

Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS, but will consider Azure)

Strong documentation skills

Familiar with Agile Methodologies

Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories

Experience and comfortability with Basic DevOps Tooling (Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab)

Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium) and experience developing automated test plans for both security and functional requirements

Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes

Preparation and maintenance of ServiceNow components

Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, FlowDesigner, and SAM

Experience with DevSecOps testing

Solid Understanding of Active Directory and LDAP

Solid understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments

Experience configuring and instrumenting monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Splunk) to work with ServiceNow

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field
