As an Organizational Development Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in building and delivering impactful learning programs while working alongside the Organizational Development team to create engaging content and facilitate learning sessions.

Responsibilities

Develop and design training materials, presentations, and digital content for leadership and employee development programs

Assist in the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and other learning initiatives

Conduct research and analyze trends in organizational development, employee engagement, and learning strategies

Support the team in measuring the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and data analysis

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learning resources align with company goals and culture

Assist in maintaining and updating learning platforms and resources

Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to enhance learning and development initiatives

Required

You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's with a graduation date of December 2026 - May 2027

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

Experience in content creation, such as e-learning modules, videos, graphics, presentations, or written materials

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present to groups and engage audiences

Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and effective training design

Proficiency in digital tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, or e-learning software (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus

You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher

A mind for the details

Agile in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Plays well with others

Organization and time management skills in spades
