Retirement Benefits Specialist

The Manufacturers' Association is a growing financial services organization seeking a motivated Retirement Benefits and 401(K) Administrator. The role involves coordinating client meetings, preparing fiduciary reviews, performing investment due diligence, and maintaining the CRM system.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule client meetings
Prepare fiduciary reviews and conduct fee benchmarking
Perform investment due diligence and update plan assets/reports
Process enrollment applications and monitor service requests
Maintain and update our CRM system

Required

3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree (required)
Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
Excellent communication skills —both written and verbal
A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Familiarity with Morningstar and RPAG programs (a plus!)
