Responsibilities
Serve as the senior manager and primary point of contact for all contract-related services and communications with the customer
Lead day-to-day coordination and resolution of contract activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery
Represent customer concerns to NTT DATA’s executive and operational leadership
Participate in all contract-related workgroups initiated by the customer or NTT DATA
Maintain 24/7/365 availability, including designated backup coverage, to support contract operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience managing government accounts or in a government sales role
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading day-to-day activities and project delivery
Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
Preferred
Experience managing complex government contracts and service delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
Proven knowledge of government business practices, including those specific to the State of Florida and its authorized users
Familiarity with State of Florida program goals, operational standards, and reporting requirements
