Program Manager / Craft Master
Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Program Manager / Craft Master to oversee and help provide Support Services for maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of a variety of USN small boats. The role involves managing personnel and operations both in port and at sea, ensuring safety and compliance with various certifications and inspections.

Responsibilities
Oversee and help provide Support Services for maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of a variety of USN small boats
Managing and supervising personnel, material and day-to-day in port and at-sea scheduled/unscheduled operations
Ensure boat safety, certification and inspection in the following areas; hull, safety of life at-sea equipment (SOLAS), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) and various firefighting equipment on board each vessel
Be familiar with various communications (HF, VHF, and Satellite), Generator and AC/Heating systems
Experienced in crane operations and at-sea rigging
Possess the ability to run tracks within +/- 10 meters over 1,000 meter while towing instruments behind the craft, hold station in open water within 10 meters, conduct restricted maneuvering, and precision navigation within Global Positioning System (GPS) accuracy
Experience towing various arrays such as side scan sonar(s) and other test equipment and assets
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five years' experience in managing and supervising personnel, material and day-to-day in port and at-sea scheduled/unscheduled operations
Licensed and certified as specified in PWS paragraph 3.4.2 – has the ability to perform Craft Master functions in port or at-sea
Craft Masters shall hold a current United States Coast Guard (USCG) 100 Ton Master license
All Contractor personnel shall be trained and maintain currency in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation and First Aid
100-Ton Captains Licenses and CPR certifications shall be current and available for Government inspection
