Responsibilities

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in a timely manner

Researches and analyzes Budget Structures, Spend plans and Program Schedules, to include major acquisition milestones

Works with IPT's to coordinate cross-functional team activities

Performs management, technical, or business case analyses

Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

Actively participates in acquisition round table events and activities and provides valuable input

Tracks program/project status and schedules

Drafting and editing SOW Data Calls

A self-starter who can assist with running budget and financial reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT)

Required

Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description

Experience with NAVAIR AMS Suite

Program Management Tool (PMT) and Acquisition Document support (Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs)

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong ability to coordinate, facilitate and schedule program level meetings while developing agendas and providing required read-ahead information

Strong and Efficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Journeyman - BA/BS degree

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

U.S. Citizenship is required
