Admin Assistant
The Trust School is seeking an Admin Assistant to coordinate various administrative tasks. The role involves managing events, supervising staff, preparing documents, and monitoring campus activities.

Responsibilities
Assist in coordination of administrative tasks, including event management, purchasing, meetings and clerical duties
Supervision of security and janitorial staff
Dealing with internal and external affairs relating to campuses
Responsible for the preparation of required documents and reports
Proficient in MS Office and MIS working
Ability to Monitor the campus related activities
Any other duty assigned by the head of campus
Qualification
Required
