Mid LevelBanjo's Bakery Cafes is currently looking for a disciplined and approachable Production Manager to join the Riverside team. The role involves leading the Production Team to produce high-quality, freshly baked goods while managing the daily operations of the bakery.

Responsibilities
Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
Ensure the Production Team achieves Banjo’s high-quality product standards
Manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering
Effectively communicate with the Sales Team
Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
Qualification
Required
Confidence, with a positive attitude
You take pride in your work
Experience producing quality baked goods
Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
A team player, who loves a challenge
A Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent
Experience managing and supporting a team
Willingness to grow with us
