Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a variety of complex enterprise system implementations, from inception to completion
Develop and implement detailed project plans, task lists, and timelines
Document current process flows, outlining pain points and future-state deliverables
Document system requirements for third-party implementation partners or in-house IT developers
Facilitate functional and end user testing, defect identification, and resolution
Lead change-management efforts to effectively communicate and integrate project changes within business units
Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, subject matter experts, and administrators, to ensure project deliverables are met
Utilize project management methodologies to monitor and report on project status
Oversee project completion, including final reporting and documentation
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing
Exemplify servant leadership as a member of Operations Services
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Experience in project management, specifically software implementations
Strong understanding of data integrations between systems
Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
