Mid LevelAll India Football Federation is seeking to fill the role of Zonal Referee Development Officer (ZRDO) to assist in the development of Level 8-5 match officials across designated Member Associations. The ZRDO will drive the implementation of AIFF VISION 2047 strategic objectives and work closely with designated MAs to enhance referee education and development.

Responsibilities
AIFF Referee Department’s representative for each designated MA for all State Referee Development matters relating to Level 8-5 match officials and driving the implementation of AIFF VISION 2047 strategic objectives
Assist designated MAs in their delivery of Basic Referee, Referee Assessor, Referee Instructor and State Referee Development Courses
Identify and create a positive working relationship with a single Centre of Refereeing Excellence (CORE) facility within the designated MAs to deliver State Referee Development and Elite Talent programs
Collate Annual Registration data of all active referees, assessors and instructors within the designated MAs
Dissemination of Elite Refereeing training material to all MAs Head of Referees
Audit each designated MA against 'AIFF Regulations for the Management of Referees in the MAs' supporting in remedial action to meet compliance
Attendance and participation at referee training events across the designated MAs actively promoting AIFF’s full commitment to State Referee Development
All other duties as directed by the CRO
Qualification
Required
Must reside in one of the ZRDO's designated MAs
Excellent communication and presentational skills
Developing professional and effective working relationships
Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
Demonstrable evidence relating to the refereeing process and practices
Good comprehension and be able to effectively speak English
Current Level 5 or retired equivalent
IT literate
Required to travel frequently to designated MAs and AIFF HQ
Thorough understanding of the technical skills, coaching, and training required to enthuse a 'Learn & Grow' culture
Comprehensive knowledge of Indian MAs football activities
Able to use effectively Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
Communicating and influencing with the ability to interact
Able to present effectively to groups
Able to make informed judgments

Familiar with Basic Instructional Techniques
