Program Development Coordinator
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is a Roman Catholic religious organization that aims to serve those in need, particularly those experiencing food insecurity. They are seeking a Program Development Coordinator who will work closely with the child nutrition team and site staff to promote participation in meal programs and develop outreach materials.

Responsibilities
Promotes children’s participation in NDS meal programs through visits, activities, presentations, and nutrition education demonstrations
Promotes NDS programs by visiting sites to foster good relations
Works with the Community Resources Director to identify new sites
In cooperation with the Community Resources Director, we create outreach materials and information packets for all NDS Programs
Represents NDS at outside meetings, trainings and conferences
Assists with NDS training sessions, special projects and events
Participate in NDS Wellness Committee discussions and meetings
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree required, nutrition or education preferred
Minimum of 3 years of work experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Has a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business use
Knowledge of nutrition, health and wellness
General understanding of the federally funded child nutrition programs
Excellent verbal communication and professional writing
Excellent people skills
Public Speaking dominant
Organizational skills
Maintain current ServSafe certificate and complete required training as assigned
Assures the appropriate use of NDS property
