Responsibilities

Design, develop, code, test, and debug complex new software products

Make significant enhancements to existing software

Develop scalable data platforms

Work in business intelligence, analytics, data science and data products

Fashion robust scalable solutions that can manage large data sets

Work in an agile environment with little supervision

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience

Over 5 years of hands-on Pentaho experience

Over 2 years of software development experience in JavaScript, Python, PySpark, or other object-oriented development languages

Min 5 years of solid Pentaho-specific ETL development experience

Min 2 years of Python and Pyspark (Pandas are ok, if the developer is very strong otherwise)

3 or more years of development within the CIA or NSA environment

Preferred

Ability to create customized Pentaho components using Java
